Support

Support is handled by the team that builds the product. Requests that block someone from filing a document are treated as urgent.
Facing a deadline today? Do not wait on a support reply. File what you have, or contact a Community Law Centre. A late filing is harder to fix than an imperfect one.

Contact us
Contact channels are set up when you create an account, and appear inside the application alongside your case so that we can see which case a question relates to without you having to describe it.
The same route handles formal requests. Privacy requests under Information Privacy Principles 6 and 7 are answered within 20 working days, as described in our privacy policy. Accessibility barriers can be reported through the accessibility page.
Firms and organisations with a commercial question should use contact sales instead.
Free help that is not us
